3 years standard warranty on all IWILL products. We also offer an extended warranty of up to 5 years for an additional charge. Warranty service is carried out in the UK, with no need to send items overseas.
Yes, for orders over 50 units we offer full OEM/ODM customisation: logo on the BIOS boot screen, chassis engraving, custom colours and packaging with your brand. The minimum quantity for BIOS branding is 50 units.
Yes, all models in the Network Security range are designed specifically for pfSense and OPNsense. The Intel i225-V and i226-V network controllers have full compatibility with the FreeBSD kernel. We also offer pre-installed OPNsense upon request.
No, there is no minimum order quantity. We sell individual units for testing and small projects, as well as large batches for systems integrators. For quantities over 10 units we offer a discount, and over 50 units — special B2B terms.
